Jim Jones has retired as Executive Secretary after more than a decade of service to NAMMB.  His contributions were recognized at the NAMMB membership meeting at TBA, and he was presented with a plaque from the membership by new Executive Secretary Steven Moore.

NAMMB extends congratulations to Ike Michalsky for being honored with being the namesake for the new fine arts hall in Buna.  A plaque will be installed and a ceremony will be held Saturday, October 28 at 2PM at Buna High School

NAMMB will be hosting two events at this week's Texas Bandmasters Association Convention.
